Best Divi Theme Courses
I’m going to mention 6 Divi web design courses from my fellow Divi designer, Josh Hall. Josh is a freelance Divi web designer running a 6-figure web design business. I came across his blog with Divi tutorials and I also noticed his great Divi training courses. I have decided to write a brief summary of his top 6 courses that I recommend.
Here we go to the courses’ overviews:
Divi/WordPress Beginners Course
The first course on my list is a course that will teach you the basics of WordPress and Divi. It will teach you how to build a Divi/WordPress website. It will also guide you through the WP plugins that you should use. The course consists of 16 videos and 1 hour 7 minutes of the website building process.
If you are new to WordPress or Divi, this course is for you. It will walk you through the basics of Divi and WordPress. It is the fastest way of familiarizing yourself with these 2 online tools.
Website Design Course
This course will teach you how to design a nice-looking website. Even if you don’t have an eye for design, this course will give you good design principles. It contains 30 videos and totally takes 11 hours 16 minutes.
This course is also ideal for Divi designers who already have some experience with Divi but lack the ability to create conversion-optimized designs.
Web Design Business Course
>The third one on my list is the most advanced and also the highest-valued course from all these 6 Divi/WP academy courses. This course will teach you how to build a successful and profitable web design business and how to scale it up. It also teaches how to raise your prices and get better clients. It contains 32 videos of 12+ hours of total length.
This course is ideal for those who already are WordPress designers but need to move their business to a higher level. You will learn how to kick your business off.
Josh’s Divi/CSS Course
This course is suitable for those who may be quite good at WordPress & Divi already but lack CSS knowledge. I can say from my own experience that you need to use some custom CSS code to fine-tune Divi quite often. And if you lack this knowledge, you can get left behind. Therefore, I highly recommend this course. It is made of 50 videos of both basic and advanced CSS.
This course is recommended for those who don’t know how to use custom CSS code with Divi.
Josh’s Web Design Process Course
Josh’s fifth course on my list is a course that will teach you how to successfully plan, build and launch a website. Besides the design process details, it will teach you how to submit your website to Google and optimize it for SEO. It comes in 20 videos of 4 hours and 10 minutes in total.
This course is ideal for people starting their own web design businesses. It will teach you how to organize everything.
Website Maintenance Plan Course
This course will guide you through building some recurring income from your clients’ websites that you manage. I can say from my own experience that this part of the web design business is very important, because you may experience downtimes in your web designing career if you are not landing new web design clients every month. The course consists of 25 videos of 3 hours of lessons.
This is an ideal course for all those who may already be successful web designers but are not generating income from managing your past clients’ websites.
Conclusion
This is the end of my selection of Josh’s best Divi courses. Josh has more courses than just these ones, so go ahead and check out his website. You might find a better course for you than these 6. I believe Josh will be creating more courses in the future, too.
Also, if you don’t have money to spend on buying courses yet, you might like to check out my other article on my blog that explains how you can learn some HTML and CSS easily and for free. It might be better to familiarize yourself with the coding basics first. And I recommend you to search for tutorials on YouTube and Google. There are many good ones as well.
