How to Setup Your Color Palette on Divi

In this article I’m going to give you a quick tip on how you can improve your Divi designing workflow. Many Divi designers simply forget to use the “color palette” Divi’s feature. Or, maybe you don’t even know that it exists.

I’m talking about the “Color Pickers Default Palette” option that you can find in the Divi Theme Options (in your WP admin panel in: Divi > Theme Options). You can use it to set your own colors for your particular Divi project(s).

And how to use it? Simply click on the color box and choose your color. Or just enter the hexadecimal code of a color (6-digit code that starts with #). This way you set the colors that you will use for your project. When you are done, click on the green “Save Changes” button at the top or at the bottom. After this, you will easily have these selected colors available with one click across the whole Divi Builder. So this will make your work much faster, as you won’t have to enter the color codes manually every time when you need them.

Also, you can take the work with the colors even further if you have a color picker tool installed on your PC. I’m personally using “Instant Eyedropper” for this. You can read more about this tool in my older article of this blog. The Instant Eyedropper tool let’s you select a color code from anywhere on your screen and save it into your clipboard.

And here are some websites on which you can create your own color palettes for free:

paletton.com
coolors.co
color.adobe.com

I hope you will find this small tip helpful for your Divi projects and that it will save you some time.
